It’s cold in Newcastle
News On: 25th March 2004
But there are plenty of fans keeping McFly warm in the north!!!! Performing at the Newcastle Arena with Busted, Danny told
us that although the weather there is a bit on the chilly side, the number of fans showing their support and screaming outside
their hotel has been amazing and on behalf of all the guys, Danny says a big thanks to everyone who’s turned up at their
hotel and at the concert venues. There were 2 Japanese fans, Estuko and Yuko who waited 10 hours at the airport for us –
how dedicated is that!!
The boys squeezed in a photoshoot for Smash Hits in Newcastle, taking in the famous Tyne Bridge
and some pics back their hotel so look out for the next issue!

McFly have just announced that they will be signings copies
of their new single 5 Colours In Her Hair at 2 records signings later this month. This is your chance to meet the boys in
person and get your single personalised. It's McFly's first single and a signed copy will no doubt become a collector's item!
The stores are gonna be packed, so make sure you get down early to get to the front of the queue!

News On: 18th March 2004Just so you know, if you are
planning to attend the McFly instore record signing at HMV, Milton Keynes, you will need a special wristband to get in. There
will be a strictly limited number of wristbands available to meet the band due to the limited time they will be instore. You
can get your wristbands by going to HMV from 8.00am on Monday 29 March onwards. One pair per customer, in person only, while
stocks last, subject to availability, at participating store only.
Don't leave it too late to pick up yours! Here's

Mcfly was born in 2001 when then 16 yr old singer/guitarist Tom Fletcher became friends with Busted and signed with their
management Prestige to create a great new band.

News On: 12th March 2004It's Danny's 18th birthday today and
what a fantastic day to be performing at the world famous Wembley Arena for the very first time. McFly have been looking forward
to this day since the Busted tour started 3 weeks ago, they are well excited at the prospect of taking to the Wembley stage
that has welcomed some of the biggest music superstars in the world.
If you're going to the show tonight, why not
start up a chorus of Happy Birthday for Danny and make his day

Beating the Curfew
News On: 1st March 2004It's the fourth night on the Busted tour
for McFly and apparently the boys are having just a little bit of trouble keeping to the 11pm curfew enforced by their management.
Boys being boys would much rather be out having fun than tucked up in bed, the trouble is they haven't been very discreet
so far and keep getting caught tip-toeing out of their rooms!
The lads are really starting to get into the swing of
the tour now, the audiences have been amazing and the guys were over the moon when they spotted some huge McFly banners in
the crowd. Just before they go on stage the video for 5 Colours In Her Hair is played on big screens and each time the crowd
has been giving a huge cheer - it's great that everybody knows the video already and it makes the band feel just a little
bit less nervous about going on stage in front of so many people. Next stop Newcastle!
Don't forget to tune into TOTP
Saturday this weekend to see the guys perform 5 Colours In Her Hair!
